We want every order to be a success. Below are the rules for returns and exchanges.
Return window
You may return a product within 14 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original packaging and in resellable condition.
Hygiene products
For safety reasons, some personal-use products cannot be returned once the protective seal is opened.
Damaged or wrong item
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
After the returned product is checked, we refund to the original payment method within the usual banking timeframe.
